| Shantou Plastic Pharmaceutical Packing Plant, located in Dahao district of Shantou city, has been in the business of professionally manufacturing plastic pharmaceutical packing containers for over 20 years. We are a member of National Pharmaceutical Packing Association for years. With 1.68 million RMB of registration fund and over 20 million RMB of fixed assets, we have developed into a large scale manufacturing plant with 4600 s. m. of whole plant and 13,000 s. m. of building area of which there are 1,600 s. m. of 100,000-levelled clean workshop. In terms of professional manpower, there are 185 employees, of which there are 33 engineering & designing technicians and management professionals making up 18% of all staff.
There are 8 production lines of automatic three-station plastic injection and blowing, 8 automatic blow molding machines, 18 computerized plastic injection molding machines, 8 blow molding machines of infrared-ray stretching, multi-functional plastic blow molding machines and other advanced equipment totaling more than 50 machines, which are yearly able to manufacture over 150 million sets of plastic pharmaceutical packing containers including HDPE solid medicine bottles, PET medicine bottles, plastic bend-easy oral liquid medicine bottles and eye-drop bottles. The main product – HDPE solid medicine bottle has been appraised by provincial pharmaceutical authority and awarded with “New Product Reward” by National Light Industry Department. Plastic bend-easy oral liquid medicine bottle was conferred “New Realistic Patent” by National Intellectual Property Rights Department.
We have sound managing policy system and quality control system. We are capable to supply over 100 kinds of plastic packing containers with various capacities between 8ml and 1000ml which are guaranteed by excellent quality and reasonable costs. Meanwhile, we could accept orders of designing molds and put into production for our customers. With our principle of “Quality the Basis, Honestly Run Business, Customers First, Small Profits but Quick Turnover”, we have obtained intensive trust from our customers. Therefore, we are able to market our products to more than two hundred pharmaceutical plants with our sales volume amounting up over 30 million RMB annually with tax contribution over 2 million RMB.
Our corporation was awarded “Provincial Advanced Pharmaceutical Packing Corporation” in 1990, promoted to be Provincial Advanced Corporation in 1992, constantly conferred with urban advanced unit and great tax contributor; Furthermore, we have been awarded provincial & urban “Enterprise of Observing Contract and Valuing Credit” for 20 years. In year 2005 & 2006 we were conferred “Grade A Tax Payer” by tax authorities. Moreover, we were appraised with “Credit AAA Corporation” by Chinese Agriculture Bank.
